Bhel Poori

Yesterday evening, when I was taking rest, my son prepared an evening snack and we all enjoyed a lot. I'm very happy to share the recipe with you.

 



Ingredients:

Tomato (finely chopped) - 2
Onion (finely chopped) - 2
Cucumber (finely chopped) - 1
Cabbage (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
Coconut (grated) - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
Madras Mixture(1 hand full)
Salt  (as required)
Pepper Powder  (as required)
Chilli Powder  (as required)
Chat masala  (as required)
Ghee (One teaspoon)


Method:

Cut all the vegetables in uniform size.(any veg cutter will help you).
Take the cut vegetables in a big sized mixing bowl.
Add salt, Pepper Powder, Chilli Powder, Garam masala, Ghee, Madras mixture and mix well.
Enjoy with hot coffee or chilled fruit juice.
